Hosted by NWA Premier Counseling

“NWA Premier Counseling & Crystal Bridges celebrate art and its healing properties with a workshop on counselor self-care. The more self-aware and attuned to others a counselor becomes, the better the outcomes for client care.

Join us in exploring how therapists who use art therapy and the expressive arts promote restoration and growth through self-attunement and connection to others.

Attendees will experience small-group discussions of works of art and artistic experiences. Museum educators and local therapists together will explore artwork in the galleries. Clinicians will experience a fun interactive experience exploring and applying self-regulation techniques. Workshop includes ways to use creativity in self-care interventions, lunch and snacks will be provided.”
